LOCAL BRICK VENEER PRODUCTS FROM INDONESIAN MSMEs EXPORTED TO JAPAN: MINISTRY

Locally produced brick veneer from Indonesian MSMEs has successfully entered the Japanese market. The Ministry stated that this export marks a significant milestone in strengthening the global competitiveness of local products.

The export was made possible through collaboration between Indonesian MSMEs and trading partners in Japan. The brick veneer was selected for its quality standards and aesthetic value, which align with Japan’s preference for natural and minimalist interior design.

According to an official statement, this achievement was supported by government-led training, mentoring, and financial assistance. Strict product curation and certification were carried out to ensure compliance with international standards.

The government reaffirmed its commitment to boosting MSME exports. Future support will focus on improving product quality, packaging, and access to international markets through various promotional platforms.
